Kitchen:

• Clean and descale all kitchen appliances
• Clean all kitchen cupboards
• Wash and polish all work surfaces
• Oven cleaning inside and out to remove build-up grease
• Washing machine cleaned inside and out including the filter, powder compartment and the seal
• Dishwasher descaled and cleaned throughout ( where applicable)
• The microwave will be cleaned inside and out
• Fridge and Freezer will be cleaned inside and out
• Floors will be cleaned, hoovered and mopped
• Tiles will be cleaned
• All skirting boards will be dusted
• Bins will be cleaned inside and out
• All refused  to be disposed of appropriately
• Light switches cleaning
• Doors and handles cleaning
• Glass services cleaning

Bathroom

• Tiles to be cleaned, shower screen and floor
• Bath cleaning
• Toilet cleaning
• Mirrors  cleaning and polish
• Cupboards or any other fittings cleaning
• Skirting boards dusted
• Windows and doors cleaning
• Floors will be washed and polished
• Showerhead descaled and cleaned thoroughly-  all faucets and areas polished to a high finish

Bedrooms

• Windows and doors will be cleaned
• Any furniture will be dusted
• Wardrobes and cupboards will be dusted
• Light fittings will be cleaned
• Vacuuming under beds
• Skirting boards will be wiped

• Picture frames will be dusted
• Switches cleaning
• Dorrs and handles cleaning
• Carpet deep cleaning – upon request

Lounge

• Windows and doors will be cleaned
• Cleaning inside and out of all cupboards
• Vacuuming the sofa including under cushions
• Skirting boards will be dusted
• TV′s and all other electrical appliances will be dusted
• Cleaning of mirrors and pictures
• Hoovering, mopping the floor
• Light fittings to be dusted
• Sofa Furniture upholstery ( upon request )

Hallway and stairs

• Vacuuming of stairs and hallways
• Cleaning inside of cupboards
• Vacuuming and cleaning inside of storage rooms
• Skirting boards will be dusted
• Light fittings will be dusted
  

Maintenance 

• Maintenance repair work over and above the end of tenancy clean – where applicable – to include but not limited to:
• Paint – including bathroom with anti-mould paint
• Tighten handles, repair fixtures etc.
• Obtain quotes for repair works which are deemed excessive – where applicable
